Doos will endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours (business days) after placing the order. You will receive your parcel within 1 – 4 days (business days) after shipping. This is however dependent on the courier company transporting the goods.

For shipments outside of Gauteng and Cape Town, your order will be delivered within 4- 7 days (business days.)
Doos uses third party suppliers to fulfil the shipping of orders, so unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for the order once it has left our holding facility.

If, in the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged, Doos will endeavour to replace your order at no cost to you (the customer) Depending on the circumstances of the claim.
If an order was incorrectly fulfilled, please report it within 5 days after receiving your items. As set out in our refund policy, Doos cannot accept returns on product given the nature of it but we will evaluate the claim and if deemed legitimate, Doos will ensure that your order is refunded or a new order dispatched at no cost to you (customer).
